Mrs. Michele L. Heckman, 63, of Jamestown, passed into eternal rest on Monday, Feb. 23rd at St. Luke's Hospital, Franklin Township. She was the wife of Robt. W. Heckman. They were married for 20 years in 2025. Born in Lehighton, Pa. on March 11, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Warren G. & LaRue E. (Walck) Walck. She was a graduate of Lehighton Area High School & The Carbon County Vocational Technical School. He most recent employment was at St. Lukes Hospital as a Courier, and formerly worked at Fisher Pharmaceuticals, Fogelsville as a Project Manager, and also worked in the Garment Industry at BARSEW. She attended church services at St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church, E. Weissport, Pa. Michele was a Life Member of Orioles Nest #183 and held social memberships at The Lehighton American Legion Post 314, and The Strausstown Rod & Gun Club. She was an avid Dolphin enthusiast, enjoyed camping, enjoyed tiedyed shirts, and loved attending her grandchildrens sporting events. Surviving in addition to her husband are 3 sons, Gary L. Reed II (Erica), Shane M. Reed (Makayla), Travis L. Reed of Lehighton, 2 daughters, Shawneen Romito of Allentown, Jeannine Gallagher (Phillip) of White Bear, 2 sisters, Joanne Koons of Lehighton, Jacqueline Chobert (Chuck) of Palmerton, a brother, Dale Walck (Bernadette) of Ft. Myers, Florida, 12 grandchildren-Ella, Sadie, Mackenzie, Makayla, Cali, Rebekah, Lilly, Phillip, Patrick, Andrew, Aly, Leise, 2 Great-grandchildren-Gabriel & Matthew. She was predeceased by a brother, Warren Walck Jr. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 2 at 11 a.m. at The Ovsak FH, 190 S. 4th St., Lehighton with the Rev. Michael Frost officiating. Call 9:30-11 a.m. Monday. Interment in Franklin Heights Memorial Park, E. Weissport.
